My design process includes collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure the learning experience effectively meets their needs and achieves organizational goals.

Consulting research and best practices allows me to implement more effective learning strategies for particular audiences and in specific contexts.
Research-Informed


My designs emphasize activities and assessments that ignite learners' curiosity through multiple modalities, realizing learning as an active process.
Engaging


Designing experiences that reflect learners' lives and responsibilities encourages more effective transfer to their application contexts.
